Common questions

How do I connect with a trainer?

Your trainer shares an invite code or link with you. In the app, open the Coach tab (or your Profile) and choose Connect with a trainer, then enter the code. If you tapped an invite link before installing, you can enter the code shown on that page when you sign up.

How do I invite clients as a trainer?

From your client roster, tap the add button to generate your invite code, then share the code, link, or QR for your client to scan.

How do I delete my account?

See the account deletion page for steps to permanently remove your account and data.
